In Greene County magistrate court Dale Edward Ganoe of Jefferson was sentenced Oct. 30 to seven days of jail on a charge of violation of a no contact order. The jail term is concurrent to a jail term imposed on Ganoe for assault. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Christine Kay Moran of Perry, theft- fifth degree; Lauren Marie Schultz of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia, and in a separate case, disorderly conduct; Brittany Kay Smith of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; and William Richardson of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia.
